Order Processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. A shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please allow extra processing time during sales events and holidays. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery estimates are counted from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates.

International Shipping

ZEFFY ships internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, though customs clearance may cause additional delays.

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. ZEFFY is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event your order is lost or arrives in damaged condition, contact our support team at support@zeffy.shop within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Please have your order number and photographs ready.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
